Our Kitchen
At Ondina, the kitchen has always been the heart of the house. For over eight years, it’s been our place of creativity and gathering — where good food, laughter, and stories come together around a shared table.

We Made a Recipe Book
Ondina Flavours was born as a response to a simple but recurring demand over the past eight years: the request for recipes.
Rooted & Evolving
Our vegetarian and vegan cuisine has grown with us over time. We’ve learned, tasted, and experimented — blending Portuguese traditions with world flavors to create food that feels both comforting and surprising. From reimagined classics to themed world nights, everything we cook is made with care, curiosity, and fresh local ingredients. It’s a space where we’re always trying something new — baking our own breads and cakes, fermenting kombucha, and finding creative ways to make simple food feel special.
Kitchen of Balance
Because Ondina is also a place for wellbeing and mindfulness, our kitchen naturally became part of that journey. We’ve hosted a wide range of retreats and workshops, adapting our menus to fit their needs — whether Ayurvedic, vegan, gluten-free, or plant-based. We love working closely with retreat organizers to create balanced, nourishing menus that support their vision and the guests’ experience.
The Ondina Table
During our retreats, mornings often begin with yoga and end with our homemade brunch buffet — a colorful spread of sweet and savory dishes, chia puddings, fresh fruits, cakes, and warm, nourishing food made with love.
We don’t like to boast, but our guests often tell us that food is one of the highlights of their stay. So much so that, after years of recipe requests, we decided to publish our own recipe book, sharing a bit of Ondina’s kitchen magic beyond our walls. You can also find it online here.
